Took my wife's Highlander in for some routine service. Brian Goodrich was a pleasure to work with! His communication was great, he kept us informed of what was happening and really went the extra mile with getting us loaner car while ours was in the shop. My wife couldn't believe how clean the car was when she picked it up. I couldn't be happier with the experience, I'll definitely be back next time we need some service. Thanks
