Awful service. I walked into Elli s and stood there for 15 minutes before anybody even noticed I was a customer trying to be seated. The food was as bad as the service, very dry chicken that tasted like microwaved pre-frozen chicken. In fact, I asked the waiter and they assured me it was indeed microwaved and frozen. Terrible standards for what is supposed to be a more upscale American restaurant.

The waiter himself was actually very kind and attentive so I gave an extra star for him alone.
