The delivery process was 5* absolutely faultless. The product seems perfect so far. My only criticism would be that the description and lack of images of the actual product creates doubt about the condition when purchasing. This makes one concerned until it arrives. In my case it was completely unnecessary. The box was bumped about, but of no consequence so I am very happy.
