I was not looking forward to the 'purchase of a new car' process. but my Subaru Forester was going to be 14 years old...it was time. Frankie was my sales person and I can't imagine having had a more delightful experience!
I had my list of questions and Frankie was the epitome of patience,
professionalism and integrity. He is an outstanding 'listener' and I never felt ' pushed' in any way. Without hesitation, my complete experience including the financing was a pleasant one, and I would recommend both Frankie and Twin City Subaru without any hesitation.
