Do not bring your pet here. The more we think of this experience the more livid we get and find more issues with our experience. Brought my guinea pig in to be seen for a respiratory issue. What realistically should have been a 1-2 hour most, MOST, visit, took 6 hours just for us to have to take her to her normal vet the next day. We had to call multiple times to get updates, with which they couldn't give us a time frame. When told "soon" and "a few minutes" they really meant an hour plus. Some staff seemed very unfriendly (though not all). All to end with us getting 40 minutes away from the vet afterwards, to be called and told they forgot to give us her most important medication and had to drive all the way back. They also gave us pain medication for her when we left but didn't give her any the whole 6 hours she was there. I'm very very understanding always <3 but this all seemed very unnecessary and we felt very neglected and worried.

please read the other reviews as well. the bad ones are very very accurate and not hard to believe at all after taking our pet here.
