Burgled yesterday. The alarm sounds 3 times. They call us 2 times with no response from us. They believe it is a mistake. It leaves the field free to empty our house in the meantime.
While they promise us rapid intervention, they not only do not come during the 15 minutes of non-response but offer to silence the alarm remotely. Fortunately we had cameras and another alarm to identify the thieves.
