Upon my arrival to this place had several issues with booking. I was given the wrong information about pricing, but Karen and Tony helped out a lot. The supervisor Charlie was very rude on the phone and not helpful at all. The desk cleck was great, her name was Chantel and house keeping Stephanie was great also. The only other issues was, Stephanie informed me on Saturday morning they had us checking out, I had to go back down stair, going over the save information again, but Chantel fixed it for us. We have yet to stay at a Courtyard and have no issue.
