Would NEVER use them again, although I was getting approval which was fantastic, fees were NOT disclosed and were astronomical. I asked around and every one agreed. I feel violated and was so upset that people would try to take advantage of me and try to make me feel bad about going with someone else. I would never recommend Northwood mortgage. Be Very careful who you trust.
