Went to the shop to buy goggles and a few other bits, stood by the goggles hoping to get some assistance for 15 minutes, then gave up. Went to the counter and waited patiently for another 10 minutes and was ignored. Server finished serving one set of people and then served some other people that came in after me, then disappeared upstairs.
This is why bricks and mortar shops are dying, I'll just buy them online now and take the risk, making a 30 mile round trip in the hope you might get lucky and be served is really frustrating.
