Way better then any Good Life or YMCA. More of a serious gym where people come to actually better themselves, not stand around and talk. Classes are a great option too. Equipment is super well maintained, I remember things taking months to get fixed at other gyms.

Staff is super friendly, shout out to Teagan, Bridger, Brooklyn, and the rest of the gang!
