They told me they couldn't do stitches after 24hrs...

They told me they couldn't do stitches after 24hrs I never heard of that anywhere but anyways i it made there before 24hrs they had me waiting in the waiting room for 2hrs but anyway now I cant close my pinky finger all the way I try but it hurts
