I ve lived near St.Louis my entire life and I wish we had a restaurant that served food like this! The Executive Chef Justin Richardson is a culinary genius! The flavors are incredible and unique! I ve been 5 times and equally as many to their sister restaurant Vele! I love the small plate dining and sharing with friends over wine and conversation! Even through the quarantine and outdoor dining phases of 2020 the staff has adapted and continued to provide a quality and outstanding experience with great food and service!
Kudos to the supportive and loyal patrons that supported these restaurants throughout these unprecedented times! Because of you I was able to enjoy a wonderful indoor experience last night with friends and family! We arrived early to be seated in a properly spaced, safe, and clean environment. (The staff/servers masked and properly equipped.) The food was on point as usual! Our meal was delicious as were the cocktails! I can t wait to go back and I m elated that Curate continues to thrive! Steak tartare, scallops, pasta, crudo, mushrooms, filet are not to be missed! This is the place if you seek high end fine food!!
