Writing this review from my hotel room at the Grand Pacific in Victoria. My room has a beautiful view overlooking the harbour. The location was great - my meeting was a 2 minute walk away, at the convention centre. Front desk staff were fantastic. Can't comment on room service because I didn't order. The cleaning staff weren't very friendly, but otherwise really really happy with the hotel. Good value.
