Husband and I went to go view a car only for the sales associate (Yvette) to start pressuring us (into purchasing) stating things like "are we here to buy a car or are we here to twiddle our thumbs" along with making faces once we started asking questions. While we are happy with the car, the whole process was disappointing. Elisa from financing was the only helpful person through out the whole process. As first time buyers, we felt taken advantage of and will for sure never be returning. )):
