I have to edit my posting that I made 2 years ago. I wanted to remain loyal to a company that has done a good job with my heating/cooling needs, but my experiences with their plumbing division have only been 50% positive. The most recent is an issue with their scheduling. I made an appt 2 days ago to get the hot water spigot for my washing machine replaced. Several hours into the time frame when they said that they'd come they said they couldn't be here until significantly later. That there were several more important jobs ahead of mine. I understand that people not having hot water is more significant than me not having a washing machine but they could've just told me 2 days ago that they didn't have sufficient staff to keep their appointments. Even calling me first thing in the morning to let me know that they wouldn't be getting to me today would've been better than me wasting my time waiting for a technician that wasn't going to arrive.
