Amazing experience! My family and I went in looking for a new car after losing our previous one to an accident. My friend referred Chris Cho. He is the most helpful associate we've had the pleasure of doing business with. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants for the car we were looking to purchase. Chris took the time to explain everything and answer any questions my parents had and then further took my sister and I outside to the car and explained all the new and preexisting functions of our new car. Chris was amazing and genuinely happy to help us with everything- he didn t push or try convincing us to purchase the car, which is something I really value in a car dealership sales agent. Even after purchasing the car, Chris is one text away from any questions we have about anything to do with our new car which is amazing, especially since previous dealerships we ve bought from have always left us in the dark, without explaining anything properly. This entire experience was amazing. The staff was great! We will definitely be going back to Chris Cho in Toronto Honda the future :).
