I received a collections letter for a bill I never received. I contacted the hospital myself and was told I had no accounts in collection and that they didn t do business with this company and gave me the name of the collection agency they actually use. I reported back to the collection agency and they told me they wouldn t do anything until they hear back from the hospital, which is impossible. They still tried to collect money from me. I informed them that I would be reporting them to the BBB and hung up. They have been reported.
