I worked with recruiters from TOM Executive as well as with one of the owners, Grant. Not only are they professional and provided excellent service ; they put forward their candidates based on their skills, qualification, experience and culture fit. I have worked with other recruitment agencies. I found that many treat their candidates as a stock but TOM is different . TOM Executive values their candidates and genuinely would like to help their candidates throughout their job search journey. They are also honest, knowledgeable and very well known in the industry. I was personally placed by them in a good role in one of the big banks in Sydney as a contractor and have been there till I decided to take a long maternity leave . They have also found me a few permanent roles with their clients. I would highly recommend them to both clients and candidates. Hands down - best recruitment agency !
