Wet Republic is a rowdy pool party in the summer in Vegas. Connected to the MGM - it definitely lives up to it's name with a rowdier crowd, lots of splashing during the big musical hits and a great atmosphere.

To get to Wet Republic, you're looking to get past the pool area. There is a long way around the building through the convention hall area but during the middle of summer, it's a drag. Usually the staff will let you in through the hotel's pool which is a much cooler and easier way to get to the club.

You'll be provided towels there. Make sure to not bring any gum or any other random items as you'll be asked to throw them out (Water bottles too). There are expensive lockers you can purchase for around $30-40 but can fit a whole group's worth of items and passcoded in case you want to store wallets/phones/etc. By the way, no free tap water although you may be able to get ice. Drinks are normally priced (+$15 or more usually) and come in the smoothie option with bigger souvenir glasses. Pool-wise, there are private cabanas surrounding the dayclub, the main pool, a smaller side pool and a pool in front of the DJ. The water isn't clean by the way by 1PM when the club gets pretty full with lots of drinks floating around and such. Just a heads-up.

It's not for everyone but if you're looking for a bit of a more rowdy dayclub, it's worth trying out.
