Food is very mediocre (Pasta overcooked and pizza was bland), service not great and overall very expensive for what you get.
Only nice part is location.

What s also amazing is how they charge for extras - e.g. tap water.
And most extraordinarily for an Italian restaurant - they charge for parmesan cheese on your pasta!
I have never been to any Italian restaurant that does this. It s a normal compliment to the meal. Really quite disappointing and such a greedy thing to do.

Then worst of all, it looks like they are now posting lots of fake reviews to counter the honest feedback (look at the reviewers - typically just one review and the type of language they use).

Take the feedback and improve. You have a nice location. But don t try and fob people off with fake reviews. That s just deceitful
