All I can say is - get another quote. High pressure selling for services you haven't asked for, incredibly expensive - $1600 for 4 hrs work by a very inexperienced plumber who damaged my home's cladding. Yes it's been repaired to a reasonably satisfactory degree after two attempts. No one from Curran has ever bothered to initiate contact with me to check whether I'm satisfied. Well I'M NOT. Not with the cost, the workmanship nor the attitude. My experience tells me it's a money making company with little care for the customer. Think twice.
ADDENDUM : I must say now, in all fairness, that I have been amazed by Sid Curran's response to my review. The following morning I received a delightful phone call from Sid, the company's manager, who has since done everything in his power to make my experience a much happier one. His customer care and service had been outstanding and I am truly grateful. My concerns were his only priority and he has addressed every one of them with courtesy and professionalism. For customer service in my second experience with Curran Plumbing, I would happily give 5 stars. Thank you.
