Yesterday dropped off a water sample to have tested and advised owner would have son return for analysis. When our son returned he was sold over $100+ in chemicals for our SALT water pool. When we discussed our the readings with our regular pool maintenance person, he suggested we return these chemicals as they were not necessary and will be flushed out shortly due to end of season and our water was completely safe, just over salted due to improper reading on our equipment which be replaced in the spring.

This morning, less than 24 hours after our purchase the owner refused to refund our money and take back the unnecessary chemicals even though the products were unopened. He stated it was their POLICY not to take back chemicals. As a local business owner myself, I understand the need to have policies to protect my business however, I also understand the need to be flexible enough to understand when common sense should overrule arbitrary policies.
