Got a poolside room. Pool and hot tub not working....

Got a poolside room. Pool and hot tub not working. Water pressure in bath tub very low. 1/2 inch crack on some sliding contraption on the bathroom door that my 6 year old could see through. Awkward while pooping. Top it off woke up at 6. The clock was 30 min fast. It was really 530. Prolly the worst hotel I ve stayed in that was supposed to be nice
