As a staff member at Central Baptist Village, I can say with great confidence that this is a place staffed by people who truly care about improving the lives of older adults. Upon completing my Masters in Social Work and beginning the job interview process, the number one thing I looked for in a potential job is an employer who holds the same passion for serving older adults as I do. CBV's staff members go above and beyond to not only ensure that residents are well-cared for, but that they feel a sense of purpose and a great deal of love in their new homes. It brings me tremendous joy to see residents enjoying their golden years in a clean, safe, and welcoming community!
