OnPoint is always there when we need them. Alice and Kim have done plenty of repairs for us and we are always satisfied. When we needed a new network system they gave us plenty of information and the pros and cons for each. They even installed all the networking for our new office and made sure it was up and running and that we understood the new system. We have called them several times with URGENT issues and they are eager to help us either by phone or rushing out to our office. Alice and Kim are wonderful and always so pleasant and truly do treat their customers like family!!
