I was filling out a survey for Walser Mazda and thought, you know, I've literally just written a review I should post it somewhere else as well.

"I talk to the same guy every time I come into the store and I've always got the feeling he's there to help me, not sell me. I absolutely hate being sold to, customer service is about finding a solution to someone's problem not convincing them of things they do not need. I'm a bit surprised every time because my assumption/experience with larger stores is there is an inherent lack of personal connection and honesty...which is the opposite of what I feel here. I couldn't tell you if the gentleman remembers my face or name but I'm ok with it, I always get a straight answer that's the best for me, not the bottom line."
