I ordered a product on 27.11.2020 with delivery time in 48 hours. Due to the busy period, it was announced on the site that there may be small delays. After a week I called to see why the product does not arrive and if it will be shipped to you. After 2 days in which I sat on the phone for 2-3 hours (with the robot) someone answered me (I had also written an email, but I never received an answer). I was informed that it would be shipped during that day. Not to mention shipped.
