Six day stay 9/20 - 9/26: EXCEPT for the breakfast, which was very nice and greatly appreciated, my stay was disappointing for the following reasons: There were 5 women in the suite. Upon arrival, found carpet and upholstered furniture very stained/soiled. Asked for additional bath linens and posted note regarding these needs; while requested amounts of linens were provided daily, there was no other adjustment in room supplies (e.g., no increase in number of coffee/cups, drinking glasses, etc.). By 3rd day, spoke with Housekeeping Supervisor who said she would address our needs. However, this never occurred for the duration of the stay. There was one bar of soap in the room at check in. Often, used drinking glasses left in room day-to-day. By 3rd day of stay had to request another (fortunately, we all bought our own). Housekeeping Supervisor said this was their policy (to give only one bar of soap with guest needing to request any additional needs. There was no attempt to tidy room each day other than replacing towels and emptying most trash. Room keys had to be reset 3X for all five of us (scan code stopped working every other day). Concierge (older female) rarely on duty and when there, gave incorrect information on multiple occasions. I have stayed at several Embassy Suites in the past. My experience at this one was definitely inconsistent with those as other locations. I would not recommend this hotel at this location and will never stay there again.
