I work with many insurance companies. Without a doubt, this is the worst phone system in the country. It is almost impossible to talk to a human and the recorded messages are totally worthless. It repeats information you give it and then gives you a confirmation number that refers to nothing. Someone in upper management should take the time to try and use it and perhaps they will make it user friendly. I cringe whenever I have to contact BC/BS.
