Have used service center twice and both were horrible experiences! First time I had a number of items that need to be fixed. They returned my car to me claiming they fixed everything, but clearly they didn't test their work because the same problems existed. I had to go without my car for a week because of their slow and inadequate service. I took the car back in after the same problems resurfaced (I wanted them to fix the problems they obviously had not fixed the first time). Mistake. They first wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee just to diagnose the problems they didn't solve the first time. Even though they witnessed the problems with their own eyes, they concluded that there was nothing wrong with the car because the diagnostic system said it was fine. Result of the trip - they just returned my car to me without fixing anything. On the first trip my service tech was Daniel, but obviously he didn't work out with the company and was not there on the return visit. On the second visit the service tech was John and I would rate his service skills very poor.
