Unless you're a big volume retailer, they are hard to deal with - I collect freight for a small auto spares outlet, more visits here are wasted time than not, because they won't release orders until they see the money in their account.. not remittance or transaction records, in their account, or forget it. Larger volume customers can access credit accounts.
