I bought a Pilot there and their prices are good ....

I bought a Pilot there and their prices are good ...but service lately have been brutal. I took my car for a change of motor oil and transmission fluid. I had an appointment at 6:00pm but got there around 4:45pm and they took the car in. I got the car back at 5:50pm with a $277 bill that showed 2 hours of work at $80.00 an hour. I not only think this is abusive but is close to be a rape!!! I also own a Honda Ridgeline that the major things I service there but I think is time to go somewhere else (Jiffy lube quite me $115 for the same thing the day after...and they also use Penzoil (I just need to buy the Honda trans fluid). Bottom line..they have good sale prices but service is getting ridiculously expensive there.
