I had an appointment for 1:30. Went by shuttle to the mall and was called at 4:10 that they were starting to work on my car. The car was ready at about 6:30 at which time I was told that my brake fluid shoud be changed! Could I have not been called and asked if I wanted this done while they were working on my car? So I waited a little over a half hour again to get this done. WASTE OF MY TIME AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!
