Poor products, I bought an Air Force 360 electric broom, two years and three months ago, it already had a breakdown, it's not the fault of the misuse but still the fault of the product. Exactly 3 months after the expiry of the warranty the product is practically to be thrown away, with the accumulator card and the brush broken not due to misuse, they do not want to return the product to me as it is a defective product, nor pay the technician to fix it. It basically costs me to fix it like buying a new one. I do not recommend buying this product is also the other Rowenta products are very poor.
