I had a really bad experience with the manager Keith. I will be reporting him to the news and NAACP. He has no management skills no customer service and no respect for families. He embarrassed me and my family. He didnt care until 2 women of a different race stood up for me and my family. My kids are young and for them to be treated with so much disrespect is unacceptable. I dont want another family have to go through what my family went though.
