Love coming here, great service! The only problem ...

Love coming here, great service! The only problem I had was the wait ( 2 and a half hours) (edit) came to get a key chain and the man behind the counter was helping a guy answerd the phone and left me waiting without greeting me, I been currently waiting for him to come back and it has been 13 min.... And also my car oil has been getting changed for 3 hours now
