This company is completely incompetent. I received a garnishment without any notice because they were sending everything to an old address. Unfortunately although I had my mail being forwarded it wasn't happening. They refused to do anything to help unless I paid in full. I explained that I had no idea that they were trying to collect money from me since all mail correspondence were not being sent to me, they said I should have known. I literally begged to make payments and they refused. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was rude and hostile, especially Brian Macke, who I don't understand how he sleeps at night. He basically told me I was irresponsible and a bad person for letting this happen and if I didn't pay in full bad things would happen to me. If I could pay in full I would, I didn't have the money, Brian was unresponsive when I asked questions and frankly couldn't offer any resolution besides pay in full or else.
