I found the service to be very frustrating and slow.

My conveyancing took 4 months to complete with Gordons Property Lawyers. Having had conveyancing on the same property previously (with a different lawyer) and it completing then in 6 weeks, the time that Gordons Property Lawyers took was unreasonably long.

I think this was due to a combination of:
- change of personnel dealing with my case
- perhaps a lack of ownership / accountability on my account as a result of the above (although this is just my opinion)
- lack of taking the initiative to push things forward (e.g. prompting 3rd parties to respond - I had to chase them many times to do this)


I wouldn't recommend that others use them.
