My brother booked a car with Bahria town phase 7 b...

My brother booked a car with Bahria town phase 7 branch , almost 75 days ago... he provided all documents asked by Manager and deposited down payment of Rs. 352000 but bank staff a bunch of liers keep on promising to deliver car next day , its been 75 days these hypocrites now not picking up calls.
I suggest they should open chai ka khokha not bank. They dont deserve to be in banking business. Either open a ghotta kanari business or chai pakorha business. Because they are not trained as professionals.
Worst banking experience ever.
