Not impressed.. that being said, it was not an issue with poor service from employees, but a let down from expectations. With what we paid, we expected much better room and club room. Ruth's Chris is a favorite of mine, but I've been enjoying them since the late 90s in Houston.. and they are the best thing about Grand Hyatt San Antonio.
