A glass fence is now enclosing the tower and must queue for some time just to enter into the gardens. Its still free walking around the gardens inside the fenced zone and the fees apply only to go to the tower elevator..if planning a visit its a lot better booking the entrance ticket online. Once inside enjoy the views! We visited in April @9pm and it is relatively crowded.. had to queue for 40min for the ticket and another 10 to go up.. so best tip is planning some good time for visiting!
