They're so full of it! I was set up to go on a Bank Of America interview but before I go attend the interview I think my recruiter was already told that I would not be hired. The recruiter let me go on the interview knowing I would not be hired. A complete waste of time. When I left the waste of time interview I emailed him. He ignores all my emails and calls now. Mind you, I applied for the job months ago and was not selected so I forgot about it. The recruiter called me months later asking to set up an interview when he knew I would not be hired. I think Canon gets paid for setting up the interview and again once the talent is hired, why else would he be so persistent up until the day before the interview when all my calls and mails started getting ignored? I have a fulltime job so I'm not really all that pressed I just feel like they shouldn't intentionally waste people's time.
