Let's see. Again, par for the course for Universal...

Let's see. Again, par for the course for Universal, customer service was a big factor here. Our room was dirty when checking in and had a terrible rubbing alcohol smell. The linens were not changed and the pillows smelled like head sweat. Then once we got all settled into another room house keeping comes waltzing in our room. No knocks. No nothing. Just on in she came. Ummmm ok. There is so many things wrong with that I don't know where to start. And when I called Universal to complain, again, the total disregard. Says they were going to 'make changes'.....they haven't. I have been back twice since then. No improvement. Still terrible customer relations.
