This is the worst pep boys I ever been to. I just brought my car here a few days ago. They had my car for an entire day. I called 6 hours after my car was dropped off and they said the car was up shortly and they would call me when it was finished. I go there hrs later 45 min before they close to find my car in the same parking spot I left it in that morning. The car was untouched and hadn t even been looked at by a mechanic. I asked for my keys and left. I m done with pep boys. Terribly ran store on columbus blvd.
