Don't expect Shakespearean thespians from this children's theater.
What you can expect, though, is that your shy mouse of a child will make friends, gain confidence, and not be intimidated by public speaking. (And, of course, plenty of cute, humorous moments to share with the grandparents on social media.)
Be sure to bring money to buy posters, concessions, etc. as this is very much a community theater, running on a shoestring budget to make incremental improvements each year.
