The car salesman lost both the original and copy of my insurance while he had it. He has since called me twice regarding missing paperwork, then said never mind? The office sounds extremely disorganized.

5 miles after I pulled off the lot, the key battery needed replacing. I had to pay for the replacement.

The finance manager asked to speak to my mother (although I was the only one in the dealership and was paying for the vehicle 100% myself AND had no co-signed).

The service center did not turn off my oil change light. The service manager called me sweetie. While it was getting a special coating I paid for, an employee texted me that they needed pre-owned inventory and wanted to offer me a new car deal. I had owned my Acura for less than two weeks...

The title paperwork was never filed, so I had to get another temporary license plate. The title clerk has STILL not provided a reason as to why my plates are not in.

Long story short: every little thing has been extremely complicated.
