I have never had a bad piece of chocolate from Krause's. Everything is delicious. They are on the expensive side, but it's good for special occasions or a great day.
Location is definitely a deterrent. Parking can be a mess, though they have a good sized parking lot, and it is very difficult to make a left turn out of there, which then causes you to find a place to cross traffic and turn around.
