Such an oudated property. Stayed here a couple of years back and it used to be so nice. There must be considerable difference in the quality between the towers (last time I stayed at the Chateau, now at the Versailles tower) and couldn t be more disappointed. Let s start with the towels - looked old, as if they ve seen quite a lot of washers and driers. Some were even a little bit ripped at the edges - come on! Let s talk about the bed - oh the bed! Every time I moved, it made this cracky noise - very annoying. All of this would be acceptable at a non 5 star property that does not charge $500 per night (not to mention the taxes and the resort fees).
