Great Gym, really friendly. Been coming for a little over a year and from day one have been nothing but encouraging.
The classes are composed of all ages and experience level so it s inviting to all people.
The location is great and has on site shower/changing rooms.
This gym has done a Great job creating not only a fun fitness environment but also a wonderful community.
