I am a very disappointed customer on Asics shoes. A $150 worth running shoes for my daughter only last 2 months since brand new. The retail store staff didn't guide me to right track for warranty resolution. The head office staff refuse to help either, and I was advised no one else can assist me. Never like to come back on ASICS and never trust their product and service again.
